Conditions and discounts

Prices are for a minimum of three nights per apartment per night for two persons. For less than three nights there is an additional one-off charge of € 30.

For each additional person we charge € 15 / night. You do not pay for children under 3 years. We also inform you about the tourist tax of € 1.35 (as of 2020) per night and person over the age of 14 in the local community of Sand in Taufers/Campo Tures.

Washing: We are happy to take care of your washing.

Pets: As chicken, cats and our farm dog roam freely around our farm we are unfortunately unable to welcome pets. We appreciate your understanding.

Booking and payment conditions

If you are planning to spend your holidays with us, please be aware that we require a deposit of € 150.00 (per week) to be paid in advance as confirmation of your booking.

The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer or cash.
NOTE: Please be aware that in Italy only a maximum of € 1.999,99 can be paid in cash.

Cancellation policy

The booking of the holiday apartment is binding upon payment of the deposit.
Cancellation conditions are as per Art. 1382 ZGB:

  • If the booking is cancelled the deposit will only be refunded as a holiday voucher.
  • If cancelled between 60 and up to 30 days before the date of arrival 50% of the agreed total amount will be charged.
  • For cancellations less than 30 days before the date of arrival 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • In case of no show and without a cancellation the full total booking amount is payable.
Arrival and departure

On your day of arrival, we look forward to welcoming you on our farm from 14.00 o’clock.
On your departure day, your apartment is available to you until 9.30. Whenever possible, we will accommodate a later departure time.

If you need to leave early, we will charge the full amount for the entire period booked.

Pickup service: If you are travelling by bus or train, we are happy to meet you upon your arrival and drop you off again when you depart.

Winter equipment: Please be aware of winter conditions and that it can snow frequently. If travelling in late autumn or winter, ensure your car is fitted with the appropriate winter equipment. From April to October winter tyres and carrying snow chains are compulsory in South Tyrol!
